Token Rights
The property of the token will grant the possibility to vote in the Token Holders Steering Committee that will be voting for: 1. all the strategic business decisions as well as any other decision that will be escalated to it by the Board of Directors; 2. elect one member of the Board of Directors. The token holders’ vote will be weighted proportionally to the amount of token they hold at the time of each vote. The voting operations will be regulated by a Smart Contract in order to guarantee the transparency of the process. Quorum and dates of each vote will be decided and communicated before each vote to take place to all the token holders. Moreover, the token holders will be entitled to receive 30% of the dividends distributed by BizShake Inc.
