Token Rights

The Aziza Project has no ultimate shareholders. The top company is an Isle of Man Foundation with a documented objective to advance the interests of Aziza Token Holders who are the sole economic beneficiaries in the organisation. The Aziza Project will receive income from its investment, most likely from an equity disposal or exit. When this occurs, any profits realized will be used in one of two ways, either to make more investments for the fund or to buy back Aziza Coins from Token Holders. The company guarantees that in the event of a profit realisation a majority will be used to fund a buyback.

The purpose of the Aziza Project is to support the ethical development of hydrocarbon resources in Southern Africa by creating and managing a tokenized investment fund that will invest in both ANE and other appropriate early stage oil and gas businesses

Asset-backed by a 500 million asset; the Aziza Project intends to return funds to token holders through voluntary token buybacks. Sources of income are either dividends or more likely an equity disposal or exit
