Overview

The BUILDCash token (B1x) is an ERC-20 token and will be offered as a security to qualified investors in accordance with all applicable US and state laws and regulations The BUILDCash token will pay 7.5% of adjusted gross revenue to token holders on a quarterly basis, subject to quarterly board discretion and approval and the conditions precedent (or substitute requirements) outlined in the PPM BUILDCash aims to promote price stability by providing an automatic one year lock-out period for token holders
