In an ASIC-compliant Security Token Offering (STO)
the Fund will raise $101M through the generation and
supply of 3Bn Tokens. The Fund will pool investors’
money and acquire residential properties within
Australia, allowing investors entry into the Australian
Property Market (Property Market).
Tokens represent a key value proposition through
the ability to fractionalise interest in the properties
acquired by the Fund, enabling low net-worth
individuals access to a Property Market that they may
have once thought impossible to participate in.
The Fund’s Tokens are a Stable Coin meaning that it
will not be exposed to the volatility inherent in the
cryptocurrency market, as it is linked directly to the
value of the property portfolio.
The majority of monies raised from investors will be
applied toward the acquisition of residential properties
in the Property Market. The remainder of the funds
will be used to satisfy other expenses, including the
development of a blockchain platform, integration of
the Tokens into the platform and other expenses such
