Overview

Slice Manhattan ONE will be investing in a 21-floor luxury mid rise project located in Chelsea, Manhattan currently under construction. The project consists of 87 condos for sale, 119 apartments for rent and street level retail. Designed by the renowned DXA architect firm and slated for completion in October 2019 the project is being developed by a joint venture between HAP INVESTMENTS and DAIWA HOUSE. The building will feature condos for sale, apartments for leasing and a street level retail space. The investment is an institutional grade investment. Equity and financing is being contributed to the project by a Japanese institutional investor - *DAIWA HOUSE. Presale upon completion of construction the property will be stabilized and then sold (3 years holding period).
