Overview
Fund’s strategy is to provide qualified investors exposure to equity in up to 30 Silicon Valley startups, that are all alumni of the 500 Startups Global Seed Accelerator program. In connection with this issuance, 22X is seeking to disrupt venture capital by pre-selecting a diverse group of companies that are expected to growth, and providing investors with an opportunity to indirectly invest in these companies without paying the high minimums and large fees associated with venture capital investment, by purchasing 22X Tokens.
22X has raised $22 million from Startups Accelerator and leading institutions, such as Deutsche Bank, LinkedIn, Accenture, A+E Network, Government of Dubai, HSN, and others to fund initial investments.

22x Token issues tokens representing economic value. 22X represents up to 30 companies that develop and utilize technologies based on blockchain, machine learning, data mining, marketing, transportation, health, legal, and insurance tech, solving problems that are generally considered to be among the most pressing issues in each industry, with a view towards generating millions in revenues and backed by a multitude of investors.
22x Token holds up to 10% equity in each company. Proceeds from equity sales and dividends are distributed in USD to token holders.
