The Company offers asset-backed revolving lines of credit and term loans to finance small and medium sized businesses which are fulfilling U.S. federal government contracts and subcontracts. ~60% of the portfolio consists of revolving line of credit receivables, which turn over their balance on average every 2-3 months as work orders are completed and billed. The other 40% of the portfolio consists of term loans, which are cash flow loans for terms up to 5 years, underwritten to contracts with the U.S. federal government.
