Overview

Operator of a consumer finance company intended to make safe and affordable credit accessible to everyone. The Company offers cash advance and consumer credit card products, as well as additional tools for customers to track spending, manage budgets, and improve high impact credit score metrics. The Company leverages banking data across multiple institutions in a borrower's history to calculate a proprietary risk score used in underwriting. This approach enables the Company to originate to consumers with limited credit history with increased accuracy. The Originator finances the Company's consumer credit product with two securities:

• Senior secured term notes attach at a 92.5%-95.0% LTV and bears interest at the greater of (i) 3.0% and (ii) 3M SOFR; PLUS 5.00% per annum.
• Corporate notes - Tranche E bears interest at the greater of (i) 11.50%; and (ii) Prime PLUS 4.75% per annum.
