The Company provides online banking services and merchant cash advances to small businesses, centered around their core FDIC- insured business checking account offered through a number of partnering community banks. Customers can deposit checks, receive wires, and send ACH transfers free of any fees or minimum balance requirements. The Company has financed its merchant cash advance product through the Originator's senior secured term notes. The senior secured term notes attach at an 85% LTV and bear floating cash interest at a minimum of 9.0%.
