The Company funds purchases in the range of $300 to $5,000 and targets sub and near-prime borrowers (average 600 FICO score) with an average lease size of $1,000, established 12-month or 24-month term, and a 1.8x - 2.6x rent-to-own multiple. The Company’s proprietary underwriting model verifies FICO and collects additional data from third-party providers s to analyze numerous variables to evaluate and approve users.
