South American consumer lender offering buy now, pay later ("BNPL") solutions at the point of sale with an average loan size of ~$195 and terms ranging from 1-24 months. The Company operates a two-sided revenue model, generating yield from consumers (interest and fees) and merchants (discount and lead generation fees). The Originator provided a $100 million Senior Secured Delayed Draw Term Loan (upsizeable to $150 million upon mutual consent) to finance anticipated origination growth and refinance an existing warehouse facility secured by the Company's BNPL loan receivables.
