Overview

This new token encompasses ownership of 17 single-family homes on the same street. All the properties in this group are single-family homes built between 2005 and 2007. As newer homes, they require less renovation and maintenance, and we have allocated a maintenance reserve of $22,964 and a renovation budget of $18,000 for the whole group. Newer properties sometimes offer lower yields, but not Holcomb. To incentivize the promoter to build them, these homes received a relief package that makes their taxes 4 to 5 times lower than other equivalent properties! This relief package also allows us to increase rents by 3% per year to keep pace with the economy.
