S Paulina St. is located in a residential neighborhood lined with sidewalks, lush tree canopies and historic brick architecture within walking distance to schools, family entertainment and a nature preserve. Part of the broader Auburn Gresham neighborhood, this area of Chicago is one of 10 priority communities selected as a part of the city’s “INVEST South/West” improvement strategy. The goal of this initiative is to reactivate neighborhood cores that have historically served as focal points for pedestrian activity, shopping, services, transportation, public spaces and quality-of-life amenities for local residents.
