Overview

In July 2020, the Arca U.S. Treasury Fund was granted effectiveness. The Fund, the first of its kind—a closed-end fund registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “40 Act”)— to issue its shares as digital asset securities, called ArCoin. This is also the first Blockchain Transferred Fund (BTF) created by Arca Labs. The Fund’s assets are held in trust; overseen by board of trustees, a majority of which is independent.
