Delta Wellington Ultra Short Treasury On-Chain Fund Token

Overview

The Manager of Delta Master Trust, FundBridge Capital Pte. Ltd (“FundBridge”) has appointed Wellington Management Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Wellington Management”) as sub-manager of the Delta Wellington Ultra Short Treasury On-Chain Fund (“Delta Wellington Fund”). The Delta Wellington Fund provides accredited investors and institutional investors with the opportunity to invest in Tokenised Fund Units of a fund investing in US Treasury securities issued by the Government of the United States of varying tenor while maintaining effective duration below 1 year.

Investment Objective:
The investment objective of the Delta Wellington Fund is to preserve capital and maintain liquidity, while providing long-term total return in excess of the ICE BofA 3 Month Treasury Bill Index. The fund is managed on a total return basis by investing in securities issued by the Government of the United States.

Subscription, redemption and transfer of Tokenised Fund Units are available on the Delta web-based platform provided by Libeara (a tokenisation platform services provider backed by SC Ventures, the fintech investment and venture arm of Standard Chartered Group).
