About

Overview

Rüedu brings fresh and regional food directly from the producer to the neighborhoods - at any time of the day or night. The goods on offer are traded fairly, sustainably and in partnership. As the claim summarizes it: “your farm shop in the neighborhood”. Tom Winter and Jürg Burri are behind the idea.

Rüedu brings fresh and local food back to the Bernese neighborhoods and the agglomeration. How? With their 24/7 self-checkout farm shops. These are very flexible and incomparably low in terms of rent, personnel costs and fixed investments. In addition, they offer Bernese agriculture and local producers an efficient and economical platform for marketing their food as directly as possible.

Highlights

Rüedu will use your investment until 2029. Funds will be used:
To open up new locations and increase the number of sales outlets to over 50
To broaden the range in the Rüedu farm shops
To expand logistics, cooling areas and operating resources
To further develop and further digitize Rüedu IT
To develop new offers, for example pick-up deliveries or fruit subscriptions
To implement various marketing measures in order to increase sales per farm shop
