Token Rights

As a sign of its commitment to investors, the BlockEstate team’s 10% token allocation will be contingently locked. These tokens will be released to the team only after the fund achieves a “high-water mark” of a 20% increase in value based on opening NAV (after the funding round closes and initial fees and costs are cleared), and only after an 24 month minimum from the time asset purchases begin. BlockEstate will always put the investors first before any team disbursement of tokens are made.

Overview

BlockEstate is a private real estate fund which provides international investors an opportunity to benefit from the U.S. real estate market. Our team members have over $650 million in combined property management and development experience and have planned an aggressive investment strategy. BlockEstate is taking the best elements of a traditional fund structure and are merging them with blockchain technology

Highlights

The overall goal of the fund is to produce maximum annual returns on assets under management by pursuing an aggressive portfolio aimed at outperforming the market.Once a quarter, BlockEstate will use, on average, 50-100% of the fund’s net profits to repurchase tokens from the token holders on the open market at NAV (Net Asset Value) through our buyback program.Repurchased tokens do not benefit the team. Instead they are “burned” and permanently removed from circulation. This method will reward investors, reduce the total token supply, and increase each remaining token’s percentage share. BlockEstate will, on average, use anywhere between 50% to 100% of the net profits generated from its real estate holdings each quarter to buyback and burn tokens* from token holders. This buyback and burn model is intended to reduce the circulating supply of tokens, which can be a potential long-term value driver for investors. The remaining profits will be used to reinvest into existing and new properties that will create additional income over time.
