BBR shares will be issued as a Security Token Offering (STO) on an SEC compliant platform and are referred to as Building Block tokens (BBs). The BBs will be managed on a distributed ledger, providing 24/7 access to all parties with virtually instant trade settlement and transparency.

Key advantages will include instant dividend disbursements, secure user voting for REIT governance, and smart contract functions which will execute automatically when pre-set parameters are met, cutting out long wait times and fees associated with legacy private or publicly non-traded REITs.
